Queen Anne's Revenge Exhibit

Queen Anne's Revenge Traveling Exhibit at Roanoke Island Festival Park

Event Description

To commemorate the 300th anniversary of Blackbeard’s adventures along the North Carolina coast – the place where he was ultimately brought to justice – the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (NCDNCR) is showcasing a traveling exhibit that includes artifacts representing weaponry, nautical tools and personal items recovered from his wrecked flagship the Queen Anne’s Revenge (QAR).

The public is invited to view this free exhibit in the Ticket Sales Gallery at Roanoke Island Festival Park from March 8 to June 13. The exhibit is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This exhibit was made possible by the N.C. Maritime Museum, a division of the NCDNCR.
