Welcome to History Happy Hour, where you can grab your favorite glass of wine or a cold beer and listen to a historic tale! Held at NouVines in downtown Manteo, this series celebrates the America 250 commemoration with engaging talks connected to the American Revolution and the history of our region. Each program begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be followed by a Q&A and open discussion.
